Composition Contain per plastic jar:

Each 108.1 gm  contains :

108.1 gm. tylosin tartarate
¬(eq.to 100 gm tylosin base)

 

Indication

For use in chickens and turkeys:

In the treatment of the Respiratory Disease Complex (RDC) caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum sensitive to tylosine in chickens.
In calves and lambs :

Treatment of Infectious synovitis caused by Mycoplasma synovi, Bovine respiratory disease ( shipping fever, pneumonia) caused by Pasteurella multcoida and Foot rot (necrotic pododermatitis)

Dose
Oral route in drinking water or add to milk.
Poultry and Turkeys: 57 gm of the product / 1000 kg b.wt ( eq.to 50 mg tylosin base / kg b.wt) in drinking water once daily for 5 successive days.
Calves and Lambs: 0.6 gm of the product / 25 kg b.wt (eq. to1 gm /calf it means 20 mg tylosin base / 1 kg b.wt as body weight of calf is 50 kg )in drinking water twice daily for 5 successive days.

Withdrawal
Chickens: 5 days.
Turkeys:  5 days.
Calves: 14 days.

Precautions
Avoid contact with human skin exposure to tylosin.
Not used for lactating cows.
Don't use in chickens and turkeys producing eggs for human consumption.

Contraindication
It's contraindicated in animals hypersensitive to it .
Not to be used with other Macrolides .
Not to be used with penicillins and cephalosporins.

Side Effects

None in the recommended dose.

Storage Conditions

Store in cool, dry and dark place

at temperature less than 25o c
