Sacrolyte

Composition:

An Electrolyte Powder for poultry and calves.
Each 100 gm contain:
- Sodium chloride ………………………………….. 6.5 g

- Monopotassium phosphate ………………… 1.3 g
- Vitamin B1 …………………………………………… 75 mg

- Pantothenic acid ………………………………….. 138 mg
- Dextrose monohydrate ……………………….. 76.7 g
- Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose up to ….. 100 g

Indications:

It’s a complet feeding stuff recommended fot the stabilizing of water and electrolyte balance in young calves and poultry, it contains predominantly electrolytes and easily absorbable carbohydrate.
Treatment of:
In Large animals:
- Acute gastro-enteritis.
- Acute dehydration.
- Chronic diarrhea.
- During period of starvation (off-food) for baby animal suffering from diarrhea.
In Poultry:
- Anti-heat stress.
- In the first days of incubation period.
- After vaccination to minimize post-vaccinal reaction.

Dosage and administration:

In large animals:
- Sacrolyte is given orally- times for 4-6 times daily for 2-3 days.
- Dissolve 200 gm (2 sachets) of Sacrolyte in 5 liters of water to be offered to the animal at intervals of 4 hours.
- Mix thoroughly while adding.
In poultry:
1-3 gm per 1 liter of drinking water.
