L-Spectine (W.S.P)

Composition Each 100 gm contains:

Lincomycin HCl 18.9 gm.
(Eq. to 16.65 gm lincomycin base)
SpectinomycinHCl 49.71 gm.
(Eq. to 33.35 gm Spectinomycin base) 



In Chickens and turkeys:
it's used in the treatment of:
1- Chronic respiratory diseases (Air saculitis ) caused by Mycoplasma Gallisepticum and E.Coli.
2- Infectious synovitis caused by M. synoviae.
3- Sinusitis caused by Mycoplasma Meleagridis in turkeys.

Enteritis due to E.Coli and Salmonella infections.


Oral route in drinking water.
Poultry Turkeys:
10 gm of the product / 100 kg b.wt in drinking water(1 gm/ 1 liter of drinking water) once daily for 3-5 days eq. to (16.65 mg lincomycin base + 33.35 mg spectinomycin base) / kg b.wt in drinking water once daily for 3-5 days.

Withdrawal Time

poultry and turkeys: 7 days.


Not used in layers.
Also not used in horses, rabbits, ruminants .

Side effects

No side effects were observed in usual doses.
Slight neuromuscular paralysis was observed in high doses for long time of administration

Storage conditions

Store in cool, dry and dark place

at temperature less than 25o c
